A founding member of our original value-priced, rep replacement pilot program, Jason brings more than 14 years of experience in the marketing, distribution and implantation of large joints. He leads our clinical alignment efforts by ensuring prospective partners understand our design philosophies and demonstrated product outcomes and successes. Likewise, Jason also works with our channel partners to ensure surgeons and hospital executives have the latest information on current hospital-physician economic alignment models. This includes the Bundled Payments for Care Improvement (BPCI) initiative and gainsharing models.
Joe Almasy
Partner Success Executive
Joe oversees for the development and execution of integration activities for Implant Partners’ solutions. He is responsible for managing current partners, as well as training and developing new accounts that want to take ownership of their orthopedic implant supply chain. Joe has an extensive sales and management background spanning more than a decade in orthopedics. He has succeeded in various sales roles within Wright Medical Technology, with his last three years focused on developing meaningful partner experiences in our rep replacement model.
